hello,

a bit about me:

I am a primatologist with an interest in the resolution of human-wildlife conflict, self-medicative behavior, plant-animal interactions, and spatial and parasite ecology.  I have studied golden bamboo lemurs in Madagascar, chimpanzees in Uganda, chacma baboons in South Africa, and rhesus macaques in India. I completed my Ph.D. from Kyoto University’s Primate Research Institute. I am an adjunct associate at the National Insititute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore, India and a research associate at The University of Texas at San Antonio. I am a Scientific Advisor for Baboon Matters and I volunteer my time with the Born Free USA Primate Sanctuary.
